Phoenix is one of the most accessible NASCAR destinations in the country. The city serves as a major air travel hub, offering a wide range of domestic and international connections – plus excellent facilities for private aviation.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
- Distance to Phoenix Raceway: Around 25 miles (35–40 minutes by car)
- Overview: The main commercial airport serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. It provides nonstop flights to nearly every major U.S. city and several international destinations.
- Transport Options: On-site car rentals (Alamo, Avis, Hertz, National, etc.), airport shuttles, taxis, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft make it easy to reach the Raceway or downtown Phoenix.
Phoenix-Goodyear Airport (GYR)

Scottsdale Airport (SDL)
